Movestic Global Investmentbolag är en aktiefond, som ska placera globalt i aktier och andra överlåtbara värdepapper. Fonden investerar i investmentbolag, konglomerat och noterade private equity-bolag.

Placeringsinriktning
Movestic Global Investmentbolag är en värdepappersfond (UCITS) vars medel får placeras i överlåtbara värdepapper, penningmarknads instrument, derivatinstrument, fondandelar och på konto hos kreditinstitut. Minst 90 % av fondförmögenheten ska placeras i investmentbolag, konglomerat och noterade private equity-bolag. Investmentbolag investerar i både noterade och onoterade bolag. Konglomerat är företag som främst äger onoterade företag, som är verksamma inom olika branscher. Noterade private equity-bolag investerar enskilt eller tillsammans med andra och vanligen i onoterade bolag inom flera olika branscher. Samtliga dessa tre kännetecknas av aktivt och långsiktig ägande med tydliga inslag av ägarstyrning. Bolagen erbjuder aktieägaren god riskspridning genom indirekt ägande i ett flertal bolag, ofta inom flera olika branscher, med långsiktigt aktiv bolagsstyrning och ansvarstagande, vilket ger förutsättningar för god värdetillväxt.

Movestic Global Investmentbolag är en aktiefond, som ska placera globalt i aktier och andra överlåtbara värdepapper. Fonden investerar i investmentbolag, konglomerat och noterade private equity-bolag. Denna typ av bolag erbjuder aktieägaren diversifiering genom indirekt ägande i ett flertal bolag, ofta med långsiktigt arbete med aktiv bolagsstyrning och ansvarstagande, vilket därmed ger förutsättningar för Fonden att uppnå en god riskspridning. och investeringar görs utan geografiska eller branschspecifika begränsningar. Placeringarna sker oberoende av företagsstorlek och omfattar såväl utvecklade aktiemarknader som tillväxtregioner. Genom att Fonden investerar i utländska värdepapper kan Fonden få exponering mot utländsk valuta. Fonden kan använda derivatinstrument för att uppnå placeringsmålen och effektivisera förvaltningen av fonden.

Att under iakttagande av tillbörlig försiktighet, åstadkomma högsta möjliga riskjusterade avkastning och värdetillväxt med hänsyn till fondens risknivå.
